Edgemont Community Hamper Collection
Families need our help!
Every year, we support the community association to gather items for their Christmas Hampers. Hampers go to families in our community who could use some additional support, and to know that they are cared for at this special time of year. So far, we only have a few items (shown in the picture below). I know that Edgemont School's community has a huge heart! So I am sending out this request, hoping that we can shower the community with Christmas Spirit again this year. Each grade is encouraged to bring something different, BUT you are encouraged to contribute anything you can!
- Kindergarten and Grade 1 -Socks and Mittens
- Grade 2 - Hats and Scarves
- Grade 3- Candy and Chocolate
- Grade 4 - Books and Colouring Books
- Grade 5 - Crayons and Markers
- ALL GRADES - small stocking stuffers, non-perishable food items or Gift Cards
Donations can be dropped off at the office.
Thank you for your BIG hearts for our community.
Thank You to Our Book Fair Volunteers!
A huge thank-you to all the wonderful volunteers who helped make this year’s Book Fair such a success! Your time, energy, and enthusiasm created a welcoming space for students and families to discover new books and celebrate a love of reading.
We truly appreciate your support—events like this wouldn’t be possible without you. Thank you for helping make our school community such a special place!
Safety Reminder for Drop-Off
We are working hard to keep drop-off safe and flowing smoothly for everyone. Please follow staff instructions carefully and do not cross in front of or behind the administrators directing traffic – especially to enter the north parking lot. The roads are slippery, and our staff are watching traffic from multiple directions. If they don’t see you, there is a serious risk of injury. Your cooperation keeps our students and staff safe—thank you for helping!
